Founded in 2006 in Brighton, Leo Horsfield is a well-established family firm which has grown on the strength of its extensive experience and knowledge in building surveying, construction, architecture and structural design. This expertise combined with the team’s friendly and approachable manner means we are proud to deliver a consistently excellent service to our residential and commercial clients.
We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and are a Chartered Building Consultancy, with our professional team of surveyors being based in key locations around the UK, including Brighton, Bromley, Birmingham, Manchester, Wimbledon, Southampton, Fulham, Central London, Palmers Green (North London) Windsor and Milton Keynes. All our surveying is always undertaken by one of our accredited in-house team members and never subcontracted.

Leo is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. He has over 15 years experience in the industry and has extensive knowledge of building surveying, structural defects and construction. Leo has a passion for property and enjoys running the business with our valued colleagues.
Leo started his career in structural engineering, moving into building surveying with a keen passion for both. Leo enjoys advising clients and colleagues on structural defects and working on complicated and interesting projects.
Leo enjoys cycling, running, the sunshine and family time.
Simon Horsfield

Simon is a Building Surveyor with vast experience of defects analysis. Simon specialises in building surveys and defects analysis with a wide range of experience in different types of property. Simon has a passion for historical and unique properties, and he has a keen eye for detail.
Simon enjoys kite surfing, dog walking and spending time with family.
Rowena Horton

Rowena is a Chartered Architect with over 17 years of experience within the property industry. With an enthusiastic passion for design and property, Rowena has worked on both large-scale residential developments and individual new-build properties.
Rowena supports the company by facilitating improvements to the management structure, sales, administration and customer service within the business.
Rowena enjoys running and spending time with family and friends.
